Down N Dirty
A sexy and playful, unfiltered version of a classic Barefoot Bootcamp class, where not only will you test your mobility, endurance, and resilience through the combination of yoga, pilates, and other movement drills, you’ll also have some fun in the process with a little bump and grind while gyrating to heavy beats. This class is a bit rough around the edges, so be sure to bring your grown-up pants, your sense of humor and be prepared to twerk it out!
Move Your Asana® Fitness • Yoga (MYA)
A non-impact, athletic, total body strength and flexibility workout that flows like a yoga class. MYA takes the emotional strength and centering that comes from linking breathe to fluid movements in yoga, and blends that with the the physical strength and cardio elements from your favorite mat pilates, barre and interval training classes.
