Retreat Payment:

Cancellation policy:
You may cancel PRIOR to 60 days before your trip start date and receive a full refund of any balance paid (excluding deposit). Due to advance cost of travel, accommodations, and food, we will NOT be able to accommodate any refunds for cancellations within 60 days of your trip start date.
Sweat Play Live Agreement and Release of Liability
In consideration of being allowed to participate in the activities and programs designed by Shanti Tilling and Sweat Play Live. I hereby wave, release and forever discharge Shanti Tilling and Sweat Play Live, its owners, agents, employees, volunteers, and assistants from any and all responsibilities or liability from injuries or damages resulting from participation in any activities and programs. I understand and am aware that strength, flexibility and aerobic exercise, including use of equipment, is a potentially strenuous and hazardous activity. I also understand that fitness activities involve a risk of injury and death, and I am voluntarily participating in these activities and using equipment with the knowledge of the dangers involved.
I do hereby further declare myself to be physically sound and suffering from no condition, impairment, a disease or other illness that would prevent my participation or use of equipment. I do hereby acknowledge that I have been informed of the need for physician’s approval. I also acknowledge that I have either had a physical examination and been given my physician’s permission to participate, or that I have decided to participate in the activity and use of equipment without the approval of my physician and do hereby assume all responsibility for my participation and activities, and utilization of equipment in activities associated with Sweat Play Live.
I hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shanti Tilling and Sweat Play Live from and against any and all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees experts’ fee and costs) of any nature whatsoever, whether in law or equity, known or unknown, incurred by Shanti Tilling and Sweat Play live arising out of or in any way related, directly or indirectly, to my participation in the activities and programs designed by Shanti Tilling and Sweat Play Live.
I hereby waive any right to make claim against Shanti Tilling and Sweat Play Live for any act of negligence, omission, inadvertence or other acts caused by Shanti Tilling and Sweat Play Live in connection with the above-mentioned activities.
In the event of any dispute or claim regarding the interpretation, enforcement or breach of the Release or any terms, conditions or warranties, the parties to this Release agree to submit such dispute or claim to the American Arbitration Association for binding arbitration. The Parties waive their right to a jury trial. The Parties to the dispute or claim agree to equally share the cost of arbitration until a decision is rendered by the arbitrator. The Parties to the dispute or claim agree to bear their attorneys’ fees and costs until a decision is rendered by the arbitrator. The decision of the arbitrator shall be binding on all parties and enforceable by any court of competent jurisdiction. In the event of such a dispute, the prevailing party shall be entitled to attorneys’ fees and costs and experts’ fees and costs and necessary disbursements in addition to any other relief to which the party may be entitled.
Miscellaneous Matters: I consent and agree that still photographs and motion picture in the form of either live or videotape may occur during activities and programs with Shanti Tilling and Sweat Play Live. I give permission to use pictures and video for newsletters, advertisements, brochures, video publicity in conjunction with the teaching, instruction, training, information, marketing and education and hereby waive and forever discharge any claim of any nature against the use as long as the material is used in compliance with the above stated.
I agree to follow all written and verbal rules of safety presented to me by Sweat Play Live. I understand that Sweat Play Live reserves the right to refuse as a trip participant, or remove from a trip, without refund, any person it judges to be incapable of meeting the rigors and requirements of participating in the activities, or who is abusive to other trip participants, leaders or third parties, or who it determines to detract from the enjoyment of the trip by others. Sweat Play Live reserves the right to make hotel, itinerary and trip modifications as required or desirable to improve the trip quality and/or to accommodate the comfort and well-being of guests.
Voluntary Execution: I have carefully read and fully understand the contents and legal ramifications of this Agreement as well as all the conditions including but not limited to, those regarding cancellation and refund policies. Exceptions to this policy cannot be made for any reason, including but not limited to, weather, terrorism, civil unrest, personal, family or medical emergencies. I understand that this is a legally binding and enforceable contract and sign it of my own free will. I agree that if any portion of this agreement is found to be void or unenforceable, the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect.
